There are a few big events that happen every year in the San Francisco area. The Giants baseball team hosts a SF Giants Dog Days of Summer at ATT Park. There is also the Bark and Wine Ball that happens every year.

San Francisco is a beautiful city with a lot of art and culture to offer its human inhabitants and it is also considered one of the most dog-friendly cities in the United States. One of the popular jogging trails in SF goes through Chrissy Field, right up to Fort Point under the Golden Gate Bridge. When you reach the end of the trail the famous Hopper’s Hands greet you as a turning around point, there are even paw prints for your pooch to tag.Baker Beach allows your pup to roam free as long as they respond well to vocal commands.

If you want to take your pup out for some nightlife, San Francisco has a lot of dog-friendly bars: The Bloodhound, The Buccaneer and the Dovre Club all allow dogs inside the main area.
